Applicants must agree to the following terms and conditions before submitting their appointment booking request: By booking an appointment with DU Global for Passport, Visa, OCI, or other Consular Services, to be processed by the Indian Embassy in Kuwait, I consent to the following terms and conditions in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

Data Collection: The personal data I provide will be collected and processed solely for the purpose of submitting my application to the Indian Embassy in Kuwait. This includes my personal information, biometric data, and any supporting documents necessary for the application.

Data Usage: My data will be used exclusively for the submission, scrutiny, and transfer of my application to the relevant Embassy. DU Global has no role in the approval or processing of my application, beyond the handling of documents and biometric enrollment.

Data Retention and Deletion: My data will be retained only for the duration of the application process. Once the lifecycle of my application is complete and the processed documents are handed over to me, my data will be permanently deleted from DU Global records.

Data Transfer: My personal information and documents will be shared with the concerned Indian Embassy for the purpose of processing my application. No data will be shared with any third parties, except as required by the Embassy for the application process.

Your Rights: I have the right to withdraw consent or request data access, correction, or deletion at any time by contacting DU Global at support.du-kwicac@dudigitalglobal.com. I understand that withdrawal of consent may affect the processing of my application.
